PDP?s Sheriff Oborevwori defeats deputy Senate President Omo-Agege, wins Delta state governorship election

The Peoples Democratic Party candidate in the Delta state gubernatorial election, Sheriff Oborevwori, has been declared the winner of the  election.

 

According to the results announced by the INEC state Returning Officer, Prof Georgewill Owunari, Oborevwori polled a total of 360, 234 votes to defeat the All Progressives Congress APC Candidate Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who scored 240, 229 while the Labour Party candidate, Kennedy Pela came a distant third with 48047
