Beloved actor Malcolm‑Jamal Warner, most famous for portraying Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, has passed away at 54 following an accidental drowning while vacationing with his family in Costa Rica. Authorities confirmed the incident occurred on July 20, 2025, off Cocles Beach in Limón province, where powerful rip currents swept him into the ocean. His cause of death was ruled asphyxia due to drowning.
