Media personality and entrepreneur, Toke Makinwa, has joyfully announced the arrival of her baby girl, officially putting an end to months of speculation about her motherhood journey.
Taking to social media, Toke shared the first glimpse of her daughter while expressing deep gratitude to God for what she described as a long-awaited blessing. In her emotional message, she introduced her daughter as “my miracle, my evidence, my reason”—words that reflected both relief and overwhelming joy.
“My miracle is here. My purpose, my reason, my evidence. Thank you for choosing me, thank you for making me a mother. My heart overflows with so much gratitude. God heard, God answered. Every single detail, down to your fingers and toes… oh, He heard my prayers,” she wrote.
The proud new mother also unveiled her daughter’s full names: Yakira Eliana, Olakitan, Iyanuolu, names rich in meaning and symbolism of God’s grace and answered prayers.
The announcement has since sparked an outpouring of love from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers across social media, with many congratulating Toke on embracing motherhood—a journey she has often described as one of her deepest desires.
