The Spark of the Drama

Interior designer and businesswoman, Ehi Ogbebor, has never been one to shy away from the spotlight—or controversy. Known for her flamboyant lifestyle, outspoken personality, and unapologetic display of wealth, the entrepreneur is once again making headlines, this time for a public feud involving her new lover and his twin sister.

The drama began after Ehi flaunted an extravagant baecation with her mystery man, identified as Mr. Kenny Adesoba. On Instagram, she showcased expensive gifts, including designer jewelry, luxury handbags, and most notably, a Cartier bracelet reportedly worth $51,000. While many of her followers celebrated the show of love, one person was far from impressed—Kenny’s twin sister, Taiwo Adesoba.

Taiwo took to social media to call out her brother, accusing him of lavishing wealth on Ehi while neglecting his responsibilities toward his children. She expressed her disapproval, insisting that Ehi was not welcome in their family and labeling her brother’s priorities as misplaced.

Kenny’s Clapback: A Display of Wealth

Ehi, never one to let critics have the final word, quickly rallied behind her man. In response to Taiwo’s allegations, Kenny himself posted a sarcastic video online.

In the clip, he filmed his fleet of exotic luxury cars parked in his compound and mockingly asked:

“Actually, I am thinking, which one of these machines I need to sell to pay my kids’ school fees… I am confused. Which one should I sell?”

The video, which Ehi gleefully reposted with the caption “Love my man, petty like me. Aura for aura, egusi for egusi”, was clearly intended as a jab at Taiwo’s claims. To Ehi, it was proof that her man was both wealthy and unbothered by his sister’s criticism.

But the response only fanned the flames. Taiwo clapped back almost immediately, describing her brother as a “master at living a fake life.” She alleged that while Kenny flaunts wealth online, he has abandoned key responsibilities at home.

Ehi vs. the Haters

Not stopping there, Ehi went further to directly taunt her haters, including Taiwo and critics who resurfaced her history of relationships with wealthy men.

Taking to Instagram stories, she shared a defiant post:

“Na una go tire. Una go cry blood. That is my man. I don’t care what anybody says.”

She slammed those dragging her for being romantically linked to “too many men,” declaring that she owes nobody an explanation for her choices. For Ehi, the attacks were nothing but bitter attempts to shame her for living her truth.

Her boldness has sparked heated reactions online. While some praised her for standing firm in love and refusing to be bullied by societal expectations, others accused her of glamorizing wasteful spending and toxic drama.

Still, the flamboyant businesswoman remains unshaken. In her view, her romance is her private affair, and no outsider—including family members—has the right to dictate how her partner expresses love.

Beyond the Scandal: A Pattern of Public Battles

For Ehi Ogbebor, public feuds are nothing new. Over the years, she has developed a reputation for responding to critics with fire rather than silence. Whether defending her career, her personal life, or her relationships, she has consistently embraced confrontation over restraint.

This latest spat with her lover’s twin sister only reinforces her image as one of Nigeria’s most outspoken socialites—a woman who refuses to conform to expectations of silence or submission.

Still, the controversy raises broader questions about the intersection of love, money, and public scrutiny in Nigeria’s celebrity culture. Should partners flaunt expensive gifts in a time when many are struggling financially? Should family disputes be aired publicly? And when does self-expression cross into needless provocation?

For now, Ehi appears unconcerned by these questions. To her, the message is clear:

“Una go cry blood… this is my man.”

And if history is anything to go by, Ehi will continue to live life on her own terms—loud, proud, and unbothered by the storm her choices create.
