Samsung SDS gathered global business leaders, partners, and technology experts at the REAL Summit 2025 in Seoul’s COEX Convention Center to unveil its latest blueprint for enterprise innovation—the AI Full-Stack strategy. The event, attended by more than 15,000 people both onsite and virtually, placed artificial intelligence at the center of corporate transformation.

A New Era of AI Agents

In his keynote speech, Samsung SDS President and CEO Lee Jun-hee declared that businesses were moving beyond the era of AI assistants into the age of fully autonomous AI agents. These advanced systems, he explained, will not just respond to simple commands but independently execute multi-step tasks.

“For instance, when planning a business trip, an AI agent will analyze an employee’s calendar, personal preferences, and previous travel patterns to book the most optimal flight without further input,” Lee said. “This type of intelligence will completely reshape workplace productivity and decision-making.”

According to Lee, enterprises adopting AI agents stand to achieve breakthroughs in speed, efficiency, and accuracy, positioning them ahead in a competitive digital economy.

The AI Full-Stack Strategy

Samsung SDS’s AI Full-Stack is designed as an end-to-end service covering every layer of AI deployment—from infrastructure and platforms to consulting and implementation. It allows companies to manage even the most complex AI projects without relying on multiple fragmented solutions.

Key highlights include:

  • FabriX: a generative AI platform capable of connecting diverse large language models with core enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Brity Copilot: an AI-powered collaboration assistant embedded into corporate communication tools, streamlining daily workflows.

  • AI Consulting & Implementation: tailored services backed by Samsung SDS’s real-world expertise in digital transformation.

Through this unified framework, Samsung SDS aims to accelerate the AI transformation journey for companies across industries.

A Showcase of Digital Transformation

The REAL Summit offered 10 thematic tracks and 50 sessions, presenting case studies from manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics, public services, and defense. Discussions highlighted how AI, cloud solutions, and data analytics are already driving measurable gains in efficiency and competitiveness.

The turnout reflected the strong interest: over 8,000 participants attended in person, with thousands more joining online. Many were eager to explore how Samsung SDS’s offerings could be tailored to their organizations’ needs.

Commitment to Enterprise Innovation

Closing the summit, Lee Jeong-heon, Vice President and Head of Strategic Marketing at Samsung SDS, emphasized the company’s mission: “We will continue to be pioneers in harnessing AI and cloud technologies for corporate innovation. Our goal is to guide enterprises to successfully achieve AI-driven growth and transformation.”

With the launch of its AI Full-Stack vision, Samsung SDS signaled not just a technological upgrade but a strategic shift—one where AI agents become integral partners in redefining the future of work and business innovation.
