Alex Rodriguez has exactly two words for how he feels about his ex Jennifer Lopez reuniting with Ben Affleck 17 years after their breakup. In a video posted by Page Six, A-Rod was asked what he thought about Bennifer spending time together, and simply responded “Go Yankees.” I mean….speechless.
Apparently, A-Rod is also “saddened” about about J.Lo spending time with Ben in the aftermath of their split, and reached out to let her know “he’s upset.” The thing is, “she’s not interested in rekindling anything with A-Rod and is done.”
Also, if you’re still surprised by this plot twist, plz be advised that Bennifer 2.0 didn’t exactly come out of nowhere—turns out Ben and Jen have remained in touch over the years:
“They have been in touch here and there throughout the years,” a source previously told E! News. “Ben reached out to her to see how she was doing and they had dinner together a few times within this last month. It’s natural between them and the chemistry is unreal. They picked up where they last left off and are enjoying each other’s company right now.”
