Ex-NFL player, Stanley Wilson Jr ‘arrested by police for breaking into a $30m Hollywood Hills mansion and ransacking the property’

Former Detroit Lions cornerback, Stanley Wilson Jr. has been arrested after allegedly breaking into a home, and bathing in an outdoor fountain before raiding the property.

Wilson, 39, reportedly broke into a $30 million Hollywood Hills home for a second time, where he allegedly took a bath in the outside fountain with soap he found inside the home, causing $5,000 worth of damage.

Wilson broke into the same home on August 24, and is accused of moving and damaging items, LAPD sources told the outlet.

LAPD arrested Wilson on both occasions, and he was charged with two felony counts of vandalism and one count of second-degree burglary, according to TMZ.

Wilson has an arrest history of separate home invasions.

In June 2016, Wilson was shot in the abdomen during an attempted break-in at a home in Southwest Portland while naked. He was arrested again in Portland in January 2017 for allegedly walking around a neighborhood naked.

 

The next month, Wilson was sentenced to 10 days in jail for the latter 2016 incident in Southwest Portland, which included three years probation and mandatory drug treatment.

Wilson was also ordered to pay restitution for damages to the home and write an apology letter.

Wilson was arrested again in February 2017, five days after his sentencing for breaking into another home while naked.

Wilson, who is the son of former Bengals running back Stanley Wilson Sr. was a third-round draft pick by the Lions in 2005. He played two seasons with Detroit before suffering a career-ending Achilles tear in an exhibition game against the Giants in 2008.

Wilson recorded a career of 89 total tackles, eight pass deflections, and one forced fumble.
