Scores of people were on Thursday injured, properties burnt in Gas tanker explosion at Ajuwon Iju-ishaga road, Lagos.
The spokesperson for the Lagos State Emergency Agency, Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident. Urging Lagosians to stay calm as LASEMA Response Team is at Cele Bus Stop, Iju Ishaga
An eyewitness who called News Express said the explosion and was from a gas plant located around Iju Hills and close to Grailland.
Panic-stricken residents of Iju and surrounding communities such as Akute, Ajuwon, Ishaga, Fagba and Alagbole are asking for immediate intervention of the fire service and other emergency services.
