Former US president Barack Obama’s estranged half-brother Malik has rekindled their social media squabble after posting their throwback photo.

Barack Obama’s Half-Brother Malik left many with a bad taste in their mouths over his recent post. 

Malik, who often uses his Twitter account to throw jabs at his brother Obama posted a never-seen photo of them from their heydays and used unsavoury language to seemingly hit out at his brother.

In the post, which has gone viral on the X app, Malik left many Kenyans with a bad taste in their mouths after using the post to throw shade at the former US president,

“Me and President Barack Obama when he was a nobody,” he captioned their photo.

This is not the first time that the older Obama is hitting out at his younger brother.

Malik attacks Barack Obama

Malik previously claimed his brother became a snob when he ascended to the presidency of the most powerful nation on earth and abandoned his Kenyan family when they needed him the most.

In a virtual interview with the New York Post, a bitter Malik Obama said he noticed Barack Obama wanted to be worshipped after he became successful and him, as the elder brother, could not stoop that low.

“He was the kind of person that wants people to worship him and I don’t do that,” Malik said.

He claimed Barack Obama let his two aunts live in abject poverty in the states and one of them died in 2014 in pitiable conditions
