Andre Benjamin was born in Atlanta, Georgia on the 27th of May, 1975. He is the only child of a single mother who sold real estate.

Andre 3000 began his career by joining the duo OutKast.

The OutKast tandem was only getting started. Big Boi and Andre 3000’s collaboration made then one of rap’s most game-changing acts in the 1990s.
