Why should young men be broke?

Footage of an undated sermon was uploaded on YouTube and depicted Ng’ang’a advising young ladies.

He said it was unrealistic for them to demand their suitors to be moneyed.

“I see them putting conditions, with the first being the man must have money.

The young men with money are either thieves or inherit it from their parents.”

Ng’ang’a recounted his love story, noting that he met his wife while broke.

“When I got married to my wife, we had no money. I did not even have shoes.

A pastor even warned me to leave her alone.”

The preacher disclosed that he started his ministry while broke and once wore a coat with a torn shirt.

“Even the Bible said young men should not have money because it is like a curse,” he claimed.

Ng’ang’a encouraged young women to go for broke men.

“Start small and build each other. You should have a bed so small that you sleep in shifts. God will give a six by six bed one day.”

What did Harrisson Ng’ang’a say about bald men?

In other news, the preacher caused a buzz after his sermon on bald men.

“Men, we have been instructed not to have long hair. However, it should not be shaved cleanly. Hatuwezi kata nywele yote tukae kama nyungu (we can’t cut all our hair and end up looking like traditional cooking pots) because only women are allowed to do it.”

Ng’ang’a then claimed that men who shave cleanly disobey God, and He punishes them.

“The homes of all men with clean-shaven heads start being destroyed. They will start complaining that they don’t have money for rent,” he said.

The preacher then said that men who shave all their hair criticise and defy God’s authority. However, most social media users were unconvinced by the sermon, as others poked fun at bald men.
