Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state has recovered from COVID-19. He announced this at a press conference on Monday, July 6.
The governor who tested positive for the novel virus on June 30, said another test carried out on him returned negative today.
”I tested positive for the virus and immediately went into isolation with supervised home management. Those days in isolation were defining periods for me.
After some days in isolation, our team of doctors decided to take my sample and I was tested again in accordance with the treatment protocol of COVID19.
